ROAD BOOK

From Fianarantsoa, aim south towards ihosy.

36 kms after Ambalavao, you hit a sign to Andringitra park on your left.

From there you have 22 kms of dirt road (largely improved lately) and basically you have to follow the tracks.

Halfway you hit a large village (Vohitsaoka), after crossing it, aim left to cross a river on a newly built bridge.

You drive along the valleyside plain south till a narrow section by a sery of rapids and after that you will see the Tsaranoro itself.

You can't miss it and we're near the base of Langela.

The tracks are really well marked and you might even spot a few discreets signs on your way.

Taxis run from Ambalavao on Vohitsaoka every day (early morning, inquire in town) and once in a while to camp!

We also organize transfers from Fianarantsoa, Ambalavao and the main road turn-off (Tanambao).
